The Literacy Foundation LLC uses a print-on-demand company to supply merchandise for our customers. This means that every product is made specifically for you. Please ensure the correct size or product choice since refunds are not offered for buyer’s remorse.
Please contact us at theliteracyfoundation20@gmail.com within 30 days of your order if your product is deemed lost by your local mail carrier or arrives broken. Inquiries made beyond 30 days from the order date will not be reviewed, and the customer will have to reorder at their own expense. If the item is broken, then please include a photo of the damaged good.
Please check your address before submitting your form. Orders with an incorrect address will be sent back to the print-on-demand company and reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
